Church Fuel Webinar Replay

Five powerful features to help you lead a healthy and growing church

Focused monthly Master Classes, a robust Resource Library, one-on-one Ministry Coaching, Team Training curriculum, and a thriving member community. All held within a powerful new member site.

The best part: Church Fuel lets you add up to 5 TEAM MEMBERS.

Monthly Master Classes

We're changing the way we do Master Classes. Instead of changing the topics every month, we're spending more time on each topic and going deeper on the three things that our members told us they wanted their church to do most: Invite, Give, and Serve.

An updated Resource Library

We've curated and updated every single template, form, and document in the Resource Library so that they're optimized to help you plan, organize, and rally your leaders around a common vision. And if there's a resource you need, we'll create it for you. All you have to do is ask.

Dedicated Ministry Coaches

You'll get one-on-one coaching sessions with your own Ministry Coach, who is there to provide support, guidance, and practical advice and to help you get the most out of your Church Fuel membership.

Team Training Curriculum

We've added brand new Team Training curriculum centered around the 12 Skills you need to build a healthy, unified team that gets stuff done. You'll get videos, discussion guides, and book breakdowns that help YOU lead the training with you staff and leaders.

Member Forum

No more bouncing back and forth between Church Fuel and Facebook. All of the community discussions will happen within the member site so you can ask questions and share ideas with your fellow members as you're moving through the content together.

…and even more still to come

We are always crafting new ways to help your church grow. Throughout the year, we'll add new content: ranging from coaching videos to Resource Library updates to exclusive resource bundles and tools that you can't get anywhere else.

A new guided journey through the content

When we asked “Hey Pastor… what do you want your people to DO?”, this was by far our most common answer: we want them to GIVE, to SERVE, and to INVITE. Going forward, all of the Master Class content will be centered around these three core areas (that we call Key Actions).

New Member Site

New member portal for a better learning experience

We recreated the Church Fuel member site so you can search for videos, resources, and community discussions within the site and bookmark things that you want to come back to later.

You’ll even be able to add up to 5 TEAM MEMBERS so you can share content and work through the content together.

Church Fuel access for your team

Add your team members so you can share resources, join the community discussion, and work together to lead your church to healthy growth. The new Church Fuel includes the ability to add up to 5 TEAM MEMBERS, which gives them access to Master Classes, the Resource Library, Team Training curriculum, and the Member Forum.

The only Church Fuel feature that is exclusively for pastors is Ministry Coaching. Your Ministry Coach is there to help you work through all things leadership, and sometimes, that means talking about how to work best with members of your team.

One-on-one ministry coaching

You’ll have your very own Ministry Coach, a pastor and practitioner in the church who will be there for you whenever you need them. We’re going to intentionally walk with you on a personal level. These coaching calls won’t cost anything extra: they’re included for all primary account holders.

This is the only part of Church Fuel that’s exclusively for you: because let’s face it, sometimes you need advice on how to work with the people on your team.

New and improved Master Classes

We’re focusing our Master Classes on the three things that you said you wanted your church to do most: Inviting, Giving, and Serving. In July, you’ll start the Master Class on Inviting, and each month you’ll receive coaching videos and resources that are centered around helping you build an inviting culture that welcomes new people to your church. Every 3 months, we’ll change topics, giving you enough time to implement the content, while giving you well-rounded coaching on the three most important factors to build a healthy and growing church.

Not only will you get all of our NEW Master Classes, but you’ll still be able to access to all of our original Master Classes if you want to go back to them.

A curated and updated Resource Library

One of the things we hear most from our members is how much they love the templates, documents, and forms that they get as part of their membership. That’s one of our favorite parts about membership, too. So, we’ve gone through each and every resource and updated them to ensure that the content is up-to-date and built to help your church grow.

Not only will you get all of our NEW resources, but you’ll still be able to access to all of the templates, documents, and resources from the original Church Fuel, too.

Team Training Curriculum (NEW)

You’ll also receive new Team Training content to develop your staff and key volunteers. This was a top challenge, and even though you knew it was a priority, you said you didn’t have a great tool. So we created 12 lessons YOU can deliver, supported with videos you can use if you prefer.

A supportive, thriving member community

The new member site will hold all of the discussions that Church Fuel members used to share in the Members Only Facebook Group. Now you’ll have the opportunity to talk about what you’re working through, while you’re working through it. And with the new guided journey through the Master Classes, you’ll learn the same things as the rest of the Church Fuel members, giving you the opportunity to ask each other questions, share how you’re using the resources in your church, and encourage each other along the way.

Questions? We’ve got answers.

If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at HELLO@CHURCHFUEL.COM. We know that there’s a lot of changes coming, and we want to make sure we address any concerns that you have. We’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for being a member of Church Fuel.

Church Fuel was built because of how often we heard ourselves and other pastors saying we felt frustrated, inadequate, alone. There is an abundance of inspiration and encouragement out there, but no way to turn any of it into a reality.

That’s why we’re so happy that you are a member of Church Fuel. Here, you are part of a community working through those problems together. We look forward to continuing to serve and walk alongside you as you do the work you were called to do.
