Join over 3,000 pastors, executive pastors, and church teams for this FREE workshop where you will…

  • Build your 2022 Leadership Development Plan
  • Learn actionable best practices

It's time to move leadership development from something you desire to something you do. Join us and get it done.

From preaching to leading to meetings, pastors have so much on their plate. It’s incredibly easy for the important to get pushed aside by the urgent.

Leadership development is one of those things.

We all know it’s important, but we struggle to find the time to make it happen. It's something we're always going to get to when things calm down.

Even though we know helping our team get better is one of the keys to growth, it remains something we desire instead of something we do. We know we ought to get to it, but it never makes our calendar.  We don't have the cadence or the content.

Here’s the good news.

We’ve created an easy-to-follow system, and we’re giving it to you at this free event.

This Event Proudly Sponsored By

This free workshop is a“must-attend” if…

You are responsible for leading a team and know that helping them get better is a key to growth in this next season.

You keep telling yourself that leadership development is really important and are ready to move it from something you desire to something you do.

You don't want to spend more time talking about theory and big-picture ideas…you're ready to get going with an action plan that works.

You’d like some practical guidance on where to start…something that doesn’t involve an expensive consultant or require a myriad of meetings.

Day 2

The Practice

On day two, we'll transition from principles to practices, and walk you through building your own plan and calendar for 2022. We'll orient you to each piece of content and you'll decide where and when to use it.  You'll have a printable, sharable, and ready-to-use plan.

November 10, 2021
11:00am – 2:00pm Eastern Time

By the end of the workshop…

Your plan will be DONE.

Day one of the event will unpack the principles you need to know and you'll hear important talks created exclusively for this event. But by the end of day two, your personalized, customized leadership development plan for the upcoming year will be done. This is a workshop with an outcome, not just a summit for you to watch.

You'll know what to do and WHEN to do it.

Throughout the workshop, you'll build your leadership development calendar, putting real elements on real dates.  Your plan won't be fuzzy because your calendar will be complete.

Your leaders will get better.

Imagine what could happen in your church when every leader gets better and approaches their role with passion and vision.  When your leaders get better everything gets better.

what people are saying about church fuel

I have been so blessed by this community. You will never know how much I needed these resources, words of encouragement, prayers, and just a place to come and lay out what's on my mind from time to time. I love being able to share with all of you. Thank you for serving together, and the fact that there is a spirit of working together and not of competition. Everything around me is so competitive that it is hard to fellowship with other pastors. Y'all are a Godsend. I thank the Lord he directed me here. Thank you from the depths of my heart.

Rob Watts, Pastor

Columbus West Church
Columbus, OH

If you're on the fence and you're thinking I don't know if this is for me, come join the community. The relationships you'll build with people that are a little bit further ahead from you are so incredible, and the relationships with people that may be a little bit further behind you, because we all know that we learn more from teaching others, often times than we do when we're being taught something. So it's an opportunity for you to both receive and give in this community and it's exciting. Ministry's hard. And doing it alone is even harder. So the Church Fuel community is a big piece of me not feeling all alone in doing ministry. Even though I have a team that I work with here locally, it's great to have other folks and other voices outside of our team locally and that's what Church Fuel is for me.

Jeremy Self, Pastor

The Church at Lake Travis
Austin, TX

Church Fuel is an integral part to my personal leadership development, giving me specific items to work through in our staff and church. Our staff team became aligned to the same goals and we worked intentionally through them strengthening our team, culture, and systems. Not only would I say we have a healthier church culture, but I've greater confidence in what I'm doing and know specifically what to work on.

Lawrence Huey, Pastor

Epicentere West Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CA
