What We Cover in the Workshop

For the last year, we’ve focused on building an amazing coaching community called Church Fuel One.  It’s got insanely practical courses, tons of resources and it’s all easy to access.

We love the freedom, flexibility, and cost digital coaching provides. But sometimes, you just want to get in a room and hash things out. There’s something about the forced and focus work an in-person workshop brings.

That’s why we bring together smaller groups of pastors for the Grow Healthy Workshop. During the one and a half day experience, I walk through three steps of the Grow Healthy process. It’s the same process I use when I consult with churches personally, condensed into a day and a half.  We’ll meet from 9 to 5 (with a break for lunch) on the first day and then meet from 9 to Noon on Day Two.

When I present this process in this way, leaders tell me it’s so simple and clarifying.

Step 1 is helping you clarify what is important. We’ll work on your mission, vision, strategy, key ministries and get everything down to one page.

Step 2 is about alignment. We work to get all your teams and ministries on the same page.

Step 3 is about planning. Once you know what you’re doing, we work to build a calendar, meeting rhythm and ministry systems that support it all.

The workshop is 50% teaching and 50% working. You’ll actually work ON your church and go home with a fresh approach to what’s next.

After the workshop, you’ll know the process healthy churches used to grow. Not just tactics and gimmicks, but a real strategy and process you can contextualize for your church and community.
