Invites and ads
Church Fuel runs done-for-you ads with a call to action that drives people to your church for directions. A custom page lets you show your specific offer stack, like a candlelight service, kids activities, free family photos, or hot chocolate. It makes your ad more personal and connects directly to your church’s own follow-up system.
Yes. Google Ads can use your Google Ad Grant, while Facebook ads use a budget you set. The Church Fuel team can build both for you.
Send your request by November 19 for events happening December 5 to 13, and by December 3 for events happening December 14 to 25. Use the Facebook form or the Google request in the Church Fuel software, both linked in the Deadlines section above.
We recommend getting evergreen ads running before your Christmas ads start. They keep your account learning, build your audience, and help you catch any broken forms ahead of time. Christmas then adds fuel to a fire that is already burning. Christmas is a competitive season, so ads can cost more, and real photos and video from your church help them stand out.
The Church Fuel software
Log in at beta.churchfuel.com. If you are having trouble, ask in Live Support and a specialist will help.
Yes! The app lets you and your team respond to Plan Your Visit leads even when the office is closed. On iPhone, search for “Church Fuel” in the App Store. On Android, search for “Lead Connector” in Google Play. Direct links are in the app section of this page.
Evergreen is your Sunday-to-Sunday system for regular weekly visitors. Christmas is a separate, duplicate workflow and form. That way, someone who signs up three weeks early for Christmas does not get reminders about “this coming Sunday” by mistake.
You can still use the Church Fuel system. In the Church Fuel software, go to Funnels, copy the link for the Plan Your Visit step, and point your website’s “Plan Your Visit” button to that link.
Follow-up and connecting
Within 15 minutes. The chance a guest shows up drops quickly the longer you wait. If someone signs up in the middle of the night, a follow-up the next morning is perfectly fine. During waking hours, speed is key.
Troubleshooting
This usually means the page has not been published yet, or there is a small error in the link. If you are using a Church Fuel Kit, join Live Support or reach out to our team and we will help you check it.
Church Fuel Live focuses on next steps, so recordings are not always posted publicly. You can still find extensive notes and shortened videos on the Events page in your Church Fuel dashboard. If you need a specific recording, message our Success Team.
