Meet Your Coaches
Trevor Atchley
Trevor is the Lead Pastor at Radical Church, which launched in 2020 in the Austin, TX area. In 18 months, Radical grew from 150 to over 650, and continues to reach more families in the area. Over the last 14 years, Trevor has served in worship, students, young adults, creative, and communications at churches ranging from 500-10,000 members. He is passionate about helping pastors and churches reach more people through Spirit-driven vision, healthy systems, social media, communications, and leadership. Trevor is married to his best friend, Lyndsey, and together they have two children, Oaklen and Teagen.
Robbie Foreman
Robbie Foreman is the Lead Pastor at a brand new church plant called Together Church in Moncks Corner, SC. He has 16 years of ministry experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry, a Masters Degree in Worship, and a Doctorate in Biblical and Pastoral Counseling. Robbie is passionate about helping churches create discipleship pathways to take a visitor to a fully engaged church member. Some additional areas of expertise include worship planning, worship leading, speaking, sermon content, systems, and counseling. He and his wife, Allison, have three children and are currently in the process of adopting a son from Haiti.
Justin Banks
Justin is a seasoned leader and creative strategist with over 20 years in ministry with 15 of those years as a church planter. Currently serving as the lead planter of Expedition Church in Colorado, Justin combines his passion for innovation and ministry to help communities thrive. One area that Justin is passionate about is leveraging big events to connect people to the church. When he’s not leading or coaching, you can find Justin enjoying craft coffee, barbecuing, chasing elk or waterfowl, knee deep in a trout stream or adventuring through the rugged backcountry with his amazing wife and two kiddos as they grow through life as a family.
Bobby Williams
Bobby is the Lead Pastor and planter of The Ridge Church in Oak Ridge, TN and the Coaching Champion for Church Fuel. He has been in full-time ministry for 25 years, previously serving in student ministry and worship arts, and has been coaching church planters and pastors for 10 years. His areas of expertise include church planting, discipleship and leadership models, systems, worship planning, and sermon content. Bobby enjoys fishing, BBQing on the smoker, and University of Tennessee athletics. He and his wife, Denira, have two children.
Jay Jones
Jay Jones is the Lead Pastor of The Pentecostals, a multisite church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With more than 30 years of ministry experience, he’s a veteran church planter, speaker, author, and Bible institute instructor. His areas of expertise are discipleship, strategic systems, church planting, sermon creation and leadership development. One of his great passions is to help fellow church leaders discover simple, effective methods to move their ministries forward. He and his wife Angela have one daughter and son-in-law, and an amazing dog named Hershey.
