Meet Your Coaches
Bobby Williams
Bobby is the Lead Pastor and planter of The Ridge Church in Oak Ridge, TN and the Coaching Champion for Church Fuel. He has been in full-time ministry for 25 years, previously serving in student ministry and worship arts, and has been coaching church planters and pastors for 10 years. His areas of expertise include church planting, discipleship and leadership models, systems, worship planning, and sermon content. Bobby enjoys fishing, BBQing on the smoker, and University of Tennessee athletics. He and his wife, Denira, have two children.
Justin Banks
Justin is a seasoned leader and creative strategist with over 20 years in ministry with 15 of those years as a church planter. Currently serving as the lead planter of Expedition Church in Colorado, Justin combines his passion for innovation and ministry to help communities thrive. One area that Justin is passionate about is leveraging big events to connect people to the church. When he’s not leading or coaching, you can find Justin enjoying craft coffee, barbecuing, chasing elk or waterfowl, knee deep in a trout stream or adventuring through the rugged backcountry with his amazing wife and two kiddos as they grow through life as a family.
Drew Strange
Drew is the Elementary Pastor of Summit Park Church in Lee’s Summit, MO. He has spent over a decade in full-time children’s ministry focusing on event planning, curriculum development, volunteer training, parent engagement, and program design. Drew enjoys reading, Marvel movies, and everything Kansas City Royals. He and his wife, Rachel, have two daughters.
