Our Customer Success Team is ready to help you with any questions you may have about your Church Fuel Test Drive / Account.

Break Out Room 4

Purpose & Mission

We will dive into understanding the difference between purpose and mission. Your purpose is the deep, unchanging reason your church exists, rooted in Scripture and without an end date—it’s what continually drives you forward. At the same time, your mission needs a clear deadline. We’ll discuss how to set focused, time-bound goals that engage everyone in your church and provide a clear direction for what’s next.

Break Out Room 5

Target Audience

We will explore the importance of clarity when it comes to who your church is called to reach. We’ll encourage you to thoughtfully consider who you are as a church, what you do, and identifying the specific people you are called to reach.

Break Out Room 6

Values & Distinctives

We will clarify the difference between your church’s purpose and its mission, which needs a clear deadline. We’ll help you define who you’re truly called to reach. Plus, we’ll explore your church’s values; those specific words that describe who you are, how you behave, and what makes you unique.

Break Out Room 7

Keystone Ministries

We will focus on identifying the ministries that truly hold your church together. While your church may do many things, not all are equally important. We’ll help you pinpoint the essential ministries that define your church’s DNA.

Break Out Room 8

3-Year Outlook / Annual Goals / 90-Day Focus

We will work on solidifying your church’s mission, vision, and goals by clearly describing what you want the future to look like. We’ll explore how to set clear, measurable goals that align with your purpose and mission.
