Meet Your Coaches

Nathan Teegarden

Nathan is the Director of Operations at Church Fuel. He also serves at his church, Summit Park Church, on the Teaching Team and hosts the weekend services. Nathan has been a student, connections, campus, and associate pastor over the past 18 years.

Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is the Lead Pastor of Surprise Church, a growing congregation that has helped to launch new churches in Bismarck, ND. He was involved in ministry for twenty years before starting Surprise Church in 2014. Matt’s ministry expertise includes strategic thinking and planning, community engagement, church planting, and preaching as a means of leadership. Matt is passionate about helping churches recruit, train and encourage volunteers in the church. In his free time, he enjoys working out, writing, and fishing with his wife Lacee and their three energetic kids.

Trevor Atchley

Trevor is the Lead Pastor at Radical Church, which launched in 2020 in the Austin, TX area. In 18 months, Radical grew from 150 to over 650, and continues to reach more families in the area. Over the last 14 years, Trevor has served in worship, students, young adults, creative, and communications at churches ranging from 500-10,000 members. He is passionate about helping pastors and churches reach more people through Spirit-driven vision, healthy systems, social media, communications, and leadership. Trevor is married to his best friend, Lyndsey, and together they have two children, Oaklen and Teagen.
