Plan your week with purpose.

How many times have you started a week with intentionality, only to reach the weekend feeling unaccomplished and still unprepared for Sunday? It's easy to let the demands of ministry keep you from doing the actual ministry. That's where The Pastor's Planner will help.

The Pastor’s Planner was specifically designed to help you prioritize projects and conversations.

  • Prioritize the most important actions
  • Keep you focused on the most important people
  • Help you remember what’s coming soon
  • Help you stay focused on what (and who) matters most

Avoid feeling overwhelmed.

THE FREEDOM TO SAY “NO”

When you prioritize the relationships, tasks, and outcomes that are truly important, you’ll feel a greater freedom to say “no” or “not now” to tasks that can wait.

PLAN WITH PURPOSE

This simple exercise will help you plan your week with purpose, so when you get to the end and look back, you’ll have a greater sense of accomplishment.

GAIN CONTROL OF YOUR WEEK

As a pastor, it’s easy to spend your whole day responding to other people’s needs and other people’s priorities. This will help you carve out time for your work.
Thank you for being a resource hub for so many church leaders. I want you to know that the impact of your ministry is so vast that you wouldn’t be able to appreciate the extent of it — at least on this side of the heavens.

Hank says The Pastor's Planner gives him relief

Thank you,

I've been a minister for over 20 years, I have an MDiv. These last 5 years have been difficult. I felt like church members were asking for things that I didn't know how to provide. I got defensive when they asked for measurables – in part because I didn't know what they wanted.

I have spent the last half hour reading through the planner and I felt a relief that I haven't felt in quite some time. This plan has given me some real examples as to what to do, and reminded me the difference between “planning” and “having a plan.” It's better knowing that it is coming from folks who understand ministry rather than a secular business group, because they aren't the same.

Lastly, I'm grateful for the verse of the week as it is a reminder that I am doing God's work, not my own.

So thanks again, happy new year and Godspeed,

– Hank
